Individual Therapy provides support for overcoming personal challenges. It is a collaborative process where the goals are defined by you and your therapist. It differs from Relational Therapy in that you work one-on-one with the therapist. However, it is similar in that we still focus on helping you enrich the connections to other people in your life. It can often be helpful to explore family patterns and past events in your life to help us understand how they affect your thoughts, values and behaviors in the present.
