I believe we're at our best when we're connected—to ourselves and to others. My therapeutic style is rooted in empathy, non-judgment, and a commitment to creating a supportive, and authentic space. My mission is simple: to help you build a more fulfilling life and more connected relationships. 

Starting therapy takes courage. Reaching out for help can feel vulnerable, but I'll walk alongside you through this process, offering guidance and support as you move toward greater healing and growth.

 

Whether we're working together online (for clients anywhere in Pennsylvania) or in-person at my office in Doylestown, PA, we'll work together to help you feel more grounded and connected.

My Philosophy

Kindred Counseling Center is a boutique therapy practice in Doylestown, PA, meaning I keep my caseload small so that I can give each client the focused attention they deserve. This is not a big group or agency where you're just a number. I don’t take insurance by choice, giving my clients more control, privacy, and flexibility on their healing journey. This approach allows me to create a tailored therapeutic space without the chaos that comes with agencies or large group practices. There are no administrative staff or other departments to wade through—you get direct access to me in all aspects of treatment, billing, scheduling, and feedback.

 

I am highly trained in individual, relationship/couples, and sex therapy and work with a wide variety of clients. I've worked with business owners, C-suite executives, and high-wealth individuals (HWI), so I understand the specific stressors and needs that come with these roles. 

 

My practice is geared towards people who are ready to do the work. Therapy is most effective when clients are engaged in the process and show up consistently. As with many things in life, the more you invest, the greater the potential rewards. I am ready to do the work with you on this journey.
