My Philosophy
Kindred Counseling Center is a boutique practice, meaning I keep my caseload small so that I can give each client the focused attention they deserve. This is not a big group or agency where you are just a number. I don’t take insurance by choice so my clients have more control, privacy, and flexibility on their healing journey. This approach allows me to create a tailored therapeutic space without the chaos that comes with agencies and large group practices. There are no administrative staff or other departments to wade through; you get direct access to me in all aspects of treatment, billing, scheduling, and feedback.
I am highly trained in individual, relationship, and sex therapy, and work with a wide variety of clients. I have worked with business owners, C-suite executives, and HNWI, therefore I understand the specific stressors and needs that come with these roles.
My practice is geared towards people who are ready to do the work. Therapy is most effective when clients are engaged in the process and show up consistently. As with many things in life, in therapy, the more you invest, the greater the potential rewards. I am ready to do the work with you on this journey.
